Currently studying at University of Technology, Sydney. I'm doing a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (majoring in Writing). I love reading and have been doing so since only a little before Harry Potter came out; I have been devouring fantasy epics. I hope to one day become a published writer in this genre.
If anything, I would be an asterisk - embracing and defining action.

OMG i love your picture of cute jonny depp... lol i cant stop laughing, best bit of the movie
OMG how many things have you written?! loads! ill take a look now lol again i cant stop looking at jonny... sorry, had to snap out of a trance
That puts me ahead by a few hundred pages then XD I'm at about page 900 now and the characterization of the walking Dude/ dark man doesn't get much better I'm afraid. Not yet anyhow but then, I suppose there's been a slight insight into who he really is.
I'm pretty fond of Fran now. I like her better now than I did at the beginning (I was less than so so then XD) but I was rather disappointed by his use of female characters. There's only one other who I like at all and she's a bit strange.
Who was your favourite character that got killed off?
And yes, Nick isn't bad actually, he's rather interesting. I don't like Harold or Glen so much though (have you met either of them yet? I'm thinking you might have met Harold?)
So how's the reading going? What page are you on? I'm loving how the characters are all coming together and Larry is easily one of my favourites though Fran and Stu aren't far behind. Who do you like best? Favourite part so far?
Meeting you would be real awesome =) Will be real awesome I should say
But yes, admittedly he needs more than one or two characters particularly for such a long novel, but I'll like it better when I know the characters more.
I've only read about fifty pages and I'm not sure yet. I think I'll like it more when he settles on a firm group of characters instead of flitting around introducing so many people.
But I'll read some more tonight and see if I can't start to catch you up, then we can discuss it properly.
I rather liked the opening though. But the baby's name? I mean seriously!

Oy!
How very exciting. I must confess to some feeling of pride at that, m'dear - you are, yourself, quite brilliant.
I should hope this isn't just because I got a Bronze in the second Writing Olympic event - xD
Aha, I am shameless.
How are you?
Hah! You're a darling. You're also a comparatively superior writer whose work I feel privileged to read before you gets all famous and wealthy on us. Every time I step away from your stories or critiques, I feel as if I've picked up any number of valuable lessons, and I say that with all sincerity. As for the Olympics, I've been very much out of the loop. Not participating or even reading the entries, at this point. I get far too little sleep as it is, without the distractions of literary sports. xD
I'm doing well, in any event. Hanging in there, you know how it goes. Nervous about the uni semester starting again at the end of the month, but I shall persevere! And how has life been treating you?

Wandering around YWS this evening, bumping into some good ol' writings and silently congratulating some of my very favorite peer-authors on their brilliance.
You happen to be one of those authors. Consider yourself congratulated. xD
