I'm in love with your avatar. Never in a million years thought I would be prone to that sort of thing, but I just happened to stumble across your profile and the Girly Girl Circuits started firing and the first thing my goofball mind shot forth was 'Aww... How cute!'
My very first backpack was a Winne the Pooh one, dark green with honey bees stitched in all over the place, dotted with pots of honey. I had the most happnin' backpack in kindergarten. Pooh Bear ftw. xD
Some of the things aren't true, like how Hercules has a horse named Pegasis, but in the real mythology Pegasis is made from Medusa's blood (freaky, and i don't suggest telling little kids that) but other than those little things, it is one of my favorite movies. i liked how they changed those bad things and made them good for the movie. like with Pegasis, instead of the freaky blood thing, he is made from a cloud by Hercules dad Zues.
Actually, Poseidon and Medusa were having *cough* an affair in one of Athena's temples, and Athena got angry at them for *cough* defiling her temple, and turned Medusa and her two sisters (Stheno and Euryale) into the Gorgons. Pegasus (and Chrysaor) sprang from Medusa's neck when Perseus (or Bellerophon) cut her head off, rather like Athena from Zeus' neck. The blood from one side of Medusa's corpse supposedly healed any illness, the other side was a incurable poison.
Which makes sense as Poseidon supposedly created horses.
Er, sorry... I think I mentioned I was a Greek mythology freak... But did Disney really fudge up the story that much? o.O I'm astonished.
And btw, is Hades the guy with the weirdo blue fire hair?
