There is an ending and a beginning to every story, and sadly for you this is only the beginning as there is a middle after it and even farther ahead is the end, but every story has to start somewhere, and why not here, at the beginning which, after all, "is the very best place to start" according to a singing nun who later marries a widowed man, and he has a lot of children who can all sing quite nicely in the movie called "The Sound of Music" which I saw recently in the last year, and it reminded me that every story has a beginning and an end and even a middle, so I thought to myself, "I'll just have to go write something," and that would be how this particular story came about in my head today.
How was that? Yeah, I know, it's long, but, hey, no one ever said there was a length, right?  Oh, and I agree with Firestalker about the worst lines making great ideas-I've already got a couple! Hooray for bad sentence starters! lol |
