Swimming! Gymnastics is pretty high up there too. I haven't watched the Olympics very much yet, mostly just the opening.

Um, why would I want to get hot and sweaty, huffing and puffing my way around the neighbourhood, when I could feel liberated from gravity for a few short hours?

*Votes for swimming*

I voted 'other' - that meaning the Equestrian events. Other than that, I like watching the gymnastics, more than anything, though anything with a variable (ie. isn't racing back and forth - hence, I find watching swimming/sprinting/etc. boring even when my country is competing. I couldn't possibly sit and watch a race with a load of countries I don't care about) is good. Badminton was one I was surprisingly riveted to the other day, and I enjoy the canoe slalom, and find the weightlifting fascinating viewing (they're freakishly huge people!).

I generally don't watch the Olympics. I mean, I will occasionally, but...

If I had to pick an event, though, I'd say first and foremost would be Equestrian. Then archery or any of the the running.

So I'll vote 'Other'.
