This is pretty cool. In my house, there is a statue of Buddha and the virgin Mary in the same room. In my yard, there is a small stutue of Buddha, and a small statue of Saint Francis not ten feet away from eachother. In my room, Ive got Tibetan prayer flags above my be, and a Bible on my shelf. In my living room, there is a copy of the Bible, the Tripitaka (or, "The Three Baskets," which is the written record of Buddha's teachings), the Torah, the Qur'an, and tons of books on Zen and Daoism. I think that it's an awesome thing to be brought up this way. It's taught me to be open-minded and accepting to other religions and cultures.

I just thought I'd say that about me...

It means "oh Hello." Long story on how that was created, but that's a story for another day...

It is an inside joke. But there isn't much to get but the fact that it means "oh hello."

Last year in Civics, me and my freind just got really bored and we drew up this comic strip about this character with no name who had some friends ... and they were called ... the Poopsickles ... yes ... that's right ... the Poopsickles ... oh, the power of boredom ...

It reminds me of Life of Pi by Yann Martel.

Have you ever read it?

The main character Pi is Hindu, Christian, and Muslim. It's hard to explain, but the book is fabulous.

writer of fiction
I am the heart that you call home
And I've written pages upon pages
Trying to rid you from my bones...
Let me go if you don't love me" ~The Decembrists "Engine Driver"
