So I haven't posted on this site for some time, or even, written poetry for that matter... So this might turn out completely horrible. This poem is one for my Writer's Craft exam and it'd be great if you guys could help me out. Critiques, suggestions, comments are very appreaciated!
Thanks!

-Truth-

Rain drops,
Free-falling from the sky,
Soaring above the treetops,
Their dissolution so nigh

Merging with the flowing water.
Slip and slide in the riverbed.
Charging forward with all its ardor,
Getting ready for the drop ahead.

Plummeting down once more.
Answering gravity’s call
So graceful in the downpour.
Ringing, the roar of the waterfall.

He began to wonder why he had felt uneasy at all. It was like a man wondering in broad daylight why a dream had appeared so terrible to him at night.
