Kiss Shakespeare Goodbye: Refreshing Structured Poetry for a Modern Audience
Have you been itching to try structured poetry? Are you curious about forms like the tanka and cinquain? Are you concerned about sounding too old-fashioned or archaic trying these forms? Then this workshop is for you!
It will take place at . The time should convert into your timezone, and the link to the WFP will be shared here as well as through wall posts.
@alliyah and I will be running the workshop for about an hour with time after that to free-write some modern-sounding structured poetry. There will also be activities on spotting and using sound devices, rhythm and rhyme.
