Please let me know if you find a website; I Google'd all of your information (your name, your book title, the ISBN no., etc) and found nicht, except for your name returned a link to YWS.
So, if you do find a website for the publisher, particularly if it has your book listed for sale, let us know. (I'm leery of emailing them and attempting to order anything, you know? I'd much rather go through an official website.)

2) same as above, because I do not see your response. How did you get a publisher?
I think it's great that you got published. I hope to find your book somewhere in America soon...I'm checking Amazon now.
