Guest Forum Tour

Just finished creating a forum tour for guests since I restricted guest access to only viewed (guests can't read anything). It's not much; just a description of YWS and a FAQ. Only guests can view it, though, so users have to log out in order to see it.

And so that it's easier to find the register button, I made it quite visible now on the index page for guest users.

It was a problem with the prestige system; some users were abusing it by logging in as guest and it gets tiring to have to look through the database to figure out who it is.
