Persephonia gave me an awesome review on my NaNo prologue that I posted, like, three days ago. XD She went really in-depth and explained what she liked and also my mistakes and how to fix them. Kudos to all listed here!
"There's a big difference between shooting a target and shooting a charging Wargal. A target isn't usually trying to kill you." ~Halt, Ranger's Apprentice Book Two: The Burning Bridge
Great reviewer, Master_Yoda is. Inspirational words, he brings. Outstanding grammatical and practical knowledge of dialogue, he has. Really makes me want to correct my mistakes and learn from them, he does.
Bilbo: What have I got in my pocket? Gollum: Handsies! Bilbo: Nope, guess again. Gollum: A knife! No, no... Bilbo: Wrong again. Gollum: String! Or... Nothing!
Each of these amazing members takes the time to point out smaller problems like grammar / spelling without getting bogged down to the point that that's all they talk about. These lovelies also make sure to give their impressions as a reader: what things were working for them and points where they got confused or lost. Of course, they were there with technical support and suggestions as well, letting their inner editors come out so they could work constructively with the authors to build better pieces.
Amazing, strong reviewers I just wanted to commend!
you can message me with anything: questions, review requests, rants are you a green room knight yet? have you read this week's Squills?
