The only thing I didn't like about it were the eyes. Very unique, very cool. I liked the water look of it!
Shakespearian tongue-twister:
To sit in solemn silence In a dark, dank dock In a pestilential prison With a lifelong lock; Awaiting the sensation Of a short, sharp shock Of a cheap, chippy chopper On a big black block.
I love the design of your novel cover. However, I have a few comments to mention: 1) I like your choice of the background. It is simple, and kinda fits the theme of the novel. I like the water drops as well, for it reminds me of the events going on in the first chapter, the heavy rain drops. 2) The hand shadows are also a great choice to place on the cover. 3) I like the font type you have used for the novel title as well as the author's name. I wonder if you have made the author's name more bold, it would be clearer and not hidden by the water drops. 4) I didn't like the eyes at all, they look crossed and don't carry much emotion related to the theme of the novel such as fear, lie, sadness. I like the eye color though, it is calm and beautiful. Maybe you can look for another eye shape having the same color.
